Delivery Terms (Hardware Only):
– Eligible Products: Delivery is available only for physical hardware items.
– Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days.
– Coverage Area: Island-wide delivery available. Standard delivery fee applies.
– Delivery Method: We use a trusted and reliable courier service provider in Sri Lanka for fast and secure delivery across the island.
Warranty:
– Coverage: All eligible products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Warranty periods vary by product and will be clearly stated on the product page and invoice.
– Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, environmental factors or normal wear and tear. Including but not limited to burn marks, bent or broken parts, scratch marks, power surges, food or beverage spills, unauthorized tampering, natural disasters (such as floods or earthquakes), defects caused by animals or insects, excessive dust, operation in unsuitable environments (e.g., high humidity or corrosive conditions), or the use of incompatible accessories or peripherals. Cosmetic wear and tear, including fading, dents, or surface degradation due to regular use, is also excluded. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by our technical team.
– Claim Process: Original invoice must be produced for warranty claims. If the warranty sticker or the item serial number is damaged, erased or broken it will automatically void the warranty. Our team will assess the claim and guide you through the next step—repair/replacement.
– Third-Party Products: Warranty claims for third-party items (e.g., software licenses, hardware) are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
– We offer ‘On-Site and/or Pickup and Return’ services. These services are available strictly during our working hours, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Tuesday to Sunday, excluding Mondays and public holidays. Service fee applies.
